Galanthus nivali

Snowdrops are one of the first bulbs to flower in the Spring, sometimes blooming when there is snow on the ground as their common name indicates. They are a great bulb for our area; reliable, deer resistant and will spread over time. They do well in partial shade and can be planted in woodland settings, under trees or shrubs.
